Recipe of Stewed Tilapia with Frozen Tofu

1.Clean the fish and cut three times on both sides

2.Marine with cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic for half an hour

3.Thaw the frozen tofu (do not throw away the thawing water) and cut off the green onion leaves

4.Soybean paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar, and cold boiled water are stirred into sauce
