How to make steamed golden pomfret

2. Remove the internal organs and wash the gills of the golden pomfret.Make a few cuts on both sides of the fish body.

3. Sprinkle salt on the fish body, massage with cooking wine for two minutes, add onions and ginger to marinate 15 minutes.(Put some large pieces of green onion and ginger in the belly of the fish)

4. Cut onions and ginger into shreds , chili shreds and set aside.

Tips
