1. Wash the pork and add garlic and ginger.

3. Seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate until noon the next day ( Refrigerate for at least 5 hours (I bought the meat at night and marinated it until the next day).

4. Take out the meat at noon the next day, and press the cooking button on the rice cooker to pre-cook.Heat some oil, fry the meat on both sides, pour in the marinated meat sauce (remove the garlic and ginger), cover and simmer, turning once halfway through.
