How to make lotus root and pig feet

1.Cut green onion and ginger for later use

2.Wash the pig's feet

3.Put cold water into a pot and boil, add shredded ginger and cooking wine

4. Boil Then take it out and put it into cold water for later use.

5.Peel the lotus root and cut into hob pieces for later use

6. Heat oil in a hot pot until 80% hot
