How to make braised pork

1. Cut the pork belly into pieces, cook in a pot, and remove the white foam on the meat.

2. Chop the ginger and garlic.

3. After heating the pan, add oil, add the meat and stir-fry the lard first.

4. Then put the ginger and garlic, vinegar, cooking wine and dark soy sauce into the meat.Continue to stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook until the meat is cooked through.

5.When the soup is reduced, you can remove it from the pot and put it on a plate.
Tips
Because there were no green onions, I didn’t add them.It would be better to add a little sugar and cook them together.But we don’t like sugar, so we didn’t add them.The taste is still delicious.
