Cured pork belly ( 150g ) | Green garlic ( 200g span> ) |

How to stir-fry bacon with green garlic

1. Wash the bacon with warm water and cut into thin slices.Heat a little oil in a wok, add bacon slices, stir-fry over low heat until the oil is released, and the bacon slices are slightly rolled up.

Tips
