Spicy Chicken How to make spicy chicken neck

1. Prepare onions, ginger and garlic , star anise, peppercorns, and chili peppers (you can add more or less depending on how spicy you like it).

2. Soak the purchased chicken neck in cold water and wine for half an hour to remove the smell.

3.Blank in boiling water and set aside

4. Put a little oil in the pot, add two teaspoons of sugar to the oil, boil the sugar until it turns red and has bubbles, add the chicken neck and stir-fry until the sugar color turns out, then Add soy sauce and stir-fry until there is no moisture left.(Forgot to cook the sugar part haha!!)

5.At this time, add the peppers , pepper, onion, ginger, garlic and other seasonings stir-fry until fragrant.(I prefer to add the seasonings at this step because I need to fry the sugar beforehand).

6.Put in boiling water until the water covers the chicken neck.
