Bitter melon: enhance immunity, antioxidant, anti-cancer and prevent cancer
Ingredients
Bitter melon ( 1 root ) | Sea Rice ( 30 grams ) |
Salt ( A little ) | MSG ( a little ) |
Olive oil ( a little ) | Ginger ( a little ) |

1.Rinse the sea rice, put it into a bowl, add a little boiling water and ginger slices, steam it for 10 minutes and set aside.

2. Cut off the head and tail of the bitter melon, cut it open in the middle, and scrape out the inner flesh.

3. Cut the bitter melon into thin slices with an oblique blade and rinse them in clean water.

4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add a little salt, add bitter melon and blanch for 30 seconds.

Tips
