How to make tomato fish

1. Prepare a piece of pangasius , sold in supermarkets, usually 9.9 yuan per pound

2. Slice the fish with a diagonal knife and add pepper powder, a small amount of salt and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes, set aside for later use

3. Prepare three tomatoes, cut them with a cross-cut knife, and peel them in boiling water

4.Peel the tomatoes Then cut into cubes

5.Prepare onion, ginger, coriander and cut into sections

9.Prevent the marinated pangasius from entering.Cook for 5 minutes until the cornstarch is thick enough
