Chives ( 150g ) | Shrimp ( 100g ) |
Ginger ( 1 piece ) | Cooking oil (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry shrimps with chives

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Wash the shrimps, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, mix well and set aside.

3. Wash and slice the ginger and set aside.

4. Wash and cut the leek into small pieces and set aside.

5. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.
