How to cook carrots with fried meat

1.First stir-fry the ginger, garlic, green pepper and red pepper until fragrant

2.Add the meat, stir fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, add soy sauce, light soy sauce, and pepper to taste

3.Add carrots and sauté over medium heat for 3 minutes.Add salt and MSG and sauté for one minute.Then add half a bowl of water and simmer over high heat for about 5 minutes until the carrots become soft

4.Finally add chicken essence and remove from the pot
