How to stir-fry pork liver with garlic moss

1.Pork liver likes to be sliced and soaked in water to soak the blood stains

2.Wash the soaked pork liver, drain, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch and marinate for 10 minutes

3.Wash and shred red pepper and ginger
