Thai Yellow Curry Chicken Recipe

1. To make curry, first go to the supermarket and buy a box of curry.

2. Cut onions, carrots, and lettuce into small pieces.(It would be better to have potatoes, I forgot to buy them.)

3. Cut chicken breast into small pieces Block, add cornstarch, soy sauce and pepper and marinate for 20 minutes.(You can also put an egg white to marinate, the chicken will be more tender.)

4. Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken breasts, stir-fry until browned and set aside.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add diced vegetables into the pan and stir-fry.

6. After the diced vegetables are fragrant, add the diced chicken to the pot and stir-fry together.

7.Put in two curry cubes of this size.

8.Pour water to cover the ingredients and add appropriate amount of salt to taste.Cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.(Turn the ingredients regularly while cooking to prevent the bottom of the pot from burning.)

9. Pay attention to the changes in the soup in the pot. When the soup is almost reduced, stir-fry and it is ready to serve.(If you like the soup to be more juicy, you can cook it for a little longer. If you like the soup to be drier, you can cook it for a little longer, depending on your preference.)

10.The prepared curry chicken can be eaten as a dish, or covered with rice or noodles.
Tips
You can add less salt in moderation, because the soy sauce used to marinate the meat is also salty, and you can't control it well. You can add it a little bit and taste it before making a decision.Yellow curry is not spicy. As a person who doesn’t like spicy food, I can eat it.If you want spicy food, you can change it to another curry.Curry
