How to make honey chicken wings

1. Rinse the chicken wings with clean water and score 2 knives on the chicken wings for easy flavor

2.Mix minced garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet red pepper powder, white pepper powder, honey and salt, pour in boiling water and stir evenly

3. Pour the mixed seasoning into the chicken wings, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.Turn on medium heat and pour in the chicken wings

4. Fry both sides until golden brown, add water equal to the level of chicken wings , simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes
