How to stuff bitter melon with meat

1.Prepare materials

2.Wash the pork and mince it with a food processor, mince the garlic, chop the green onion, soak the wolfberry in water and set aside

3. Add minced garlic, chopped green onion, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of black pepper to the pork.Stir vigorously clockwise and set aside.

4. Wash the bitter melon and cut it into sections of about 1 cm, then use a spoon to scoop out the white flesh in the middle, as shown in the picture

5.Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil.Add a little salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then add bitter melon and cook for 2 minutes

6. Remove and set aside
7. Scoop the minced meat into the bitter melon segments
8.Put in a steamer with boiling water and steam over high heat for 10 minutes

9.Pour the steamed soup into the pot and add 1 spoon of light soy sauce

10.Join Water starch

11.Cook until thick and turn off the heat

12. Garnish with wolfberry on the bitter melon
