How to braised pig trotters with soybeans

1. Put the pig's trotters in the pot under cold water and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and ginger slices ( Add the eggs and cook them together) Boil, take out the pig's trotters, wash the eggs, cook for a while, take them out, soak in cold water, peel and serve.Set aside.

2. Wash the green onions, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves and set aside.
