Crucian carp: harmonizes the stomach
Ingredients
Crucian carp (1 piece) | Pickled pepper ( 50g span> ) |
Pickled ginger ( 1 piece ) | Scallions ( 1 root ) |
Garlic ( 2 pieces ) | Steamed fish with soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make crucian carp with chopped pepper

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Wash the crucian carp and make a few cuts on the back of the fish with a knife.

3.Put into a bowl and add appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, pepper oil, cooking wine and salt.Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

4. While marinating the fish, chop the pickled peppers, pickled ginger, shallots and garlic and set aside.
