How to make stir-fried meat with carrots and king oyster mushrooms

1. King oyster mushroom, carrot, pork clip meat

2.Cut lean meat into slices and fat meat into slices according to the amount you need.

3. King oyster mushroom, carrot, sliced.

4.Add water, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the lean meat , pepper powder, garlic, starch, cooking wine and mix well.
