Ingredients
Lean meat (or pork belly) ( 150g ) | Barbecued pork sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Ginger ( Four pieces ) | Onion ( One piece ) |
Garlic ( Two grains ) | Oyster sauce (appropriate amount) |
How to make barbecued pork
1. Wash the lean meat, first add a little cooking wine, ginger slices, and green onions to squeeze out the green onion juice.Marinate for fifteen minutes, drain the water, and take out the ginger and green onions; then Add garlic and barbecued pork sauce, massage the meat with your hands, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate (to keep it fresh).Roast for at least eight hours for better flavor.
2.As shown in the picture, I used Haitian barbecued pork sauce, but Lee Kum Kee’s is fine.

3.After twelve hours, take out the meat, cover the baking sheet with tin foil, and bake in the preheated oven Twenty minutes, turn over halfway through.(You can apply a layer of honey if you don’t mind the trouble)

4.It’s baked

5.Cut into the thickness you like.(You can bake more at a time, keep it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh, and heat it in the microwave when eating)
Tips
The meat should be marinated for a longer time to make it more flavorful. After coloring, you can cover it with tin foil to prevent it from browning.
