How to make pork belly and braised eggs

1. Boil the small bird eggs and peel them for later use.

Tips
The dark soy sauce should be added after frying the meat until golden brown.The dark soy sauce will be fragrant only after frying.Adding soy sauce after adding water will not fragrant.
