Fish noodles ( 300g ) | Pig Lean meat ( 100g ) |
Green pepper ( 50g ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Dried chili pepper (appropriate amount) |
Ginger (appropriate amount) | Garlic (appropriate amount) |
Starch ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Chicken essence ( Adequate amount ) | Pepper ( Appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( Appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for fried fish noodles with shredded pork

1.Soak the fish noodles in water one night in advance

2. Prepare shredded pork, ginger, garlic, pepper, and green pepper

3.Shred green pepper

4. Add shredded pork, light soy sauce, starch and salt and mix well

5.Put fish noodles into the pot and cook under cold water until the fish noodles become soft

6.Drain out the water

7. Heat the pan with oil Stir-fry the shredded pork and set aside.

8.Put oil in the pot and put ginger, garlic and dried chili peppers.Saute until fragrant

9. Stir-fry green pepper

10. Fry the fish noodles, add light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, pepper and oyster sauce

11.Add in shredded pork and fry for a while

12. Remove from the pan, turn off the heat and pour into a bowl

Soak the fish noodles in cold water for a longer time
