How to steam dried golden pomfret

1. Wash the fresh golden pomfret, marinate it with salt overnight and dry it.

2.Turn both sides.(It will take 3-4 days if the sun is good, and 6-7 days if the sun is average and the wind is strong.)

3. Cut the sun-dried fish into pieces and put it on a plate, add a little soy sauce and peanut oil, sprinkle some shredded ginger and steam over high heat for ten minutes.(I usually steam it in the rice cooker when cooking.)

4. Steam When cooked out of the pot, the salty aroma of the dried fish is mixed with the aroma of rice.(I could eat half a bowl more rice)
