How to braised chicken skin with pickled cabbage

1.Wash the chicken skin and cut it into strips, then grind it with allspice powder and cooking wine for half an hour

Tips
It would be better if the chicken skin has been fried with five spices such as star anise.Using five spice powder is simpler and the finished product will not have too many debris.
