
Ingredients
Cured duck legs ( 2 pcs ) | Green and red peppers ( 3 ) |
Ginger slices ( Two slices ) | Garlic ( Three cloves span> ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce ( a small spoon ) |
How to stir-fry duck legs with pepper

1. Chop the cured duck legs into slices and soak them in water twice.If the water boils and turns white, you can pick them up

2.Cut the peppers, garlic and ginger slices and set aside

3. Heat oil and put ginger slices and garlic

4.When the garlic and ginger are fragrant, stir-fry the green and red chili peppers

5. After frying the pepper for a few times, you can add the cured duck legs and stir-fry together

6.Put some oyster sauce in the middle and slowly stir-fry the chili pepper flavor over low heat to add it to the cured duck legs
7. Stir-fry the pepper until soft and ready to serve
Tips
Be sure to pour the water twice.When the water turns white, you can pour it out.Stir-fry ginger and garlic in hot oil and braised duck over high heat.Once the legs and chilies are removed, stir-fry slowly over low heat.Add oyster sauce to enhance the flavor.This is my first time posting a recipe that is not detailed, so please forgive me
