Ingredients
| Duck gizzards ( 6 ) | Sour chili ( 10 pcs ) |
Millet pepper ( 5 pcs span> ) | Garlic sprouts ( 4 roots ) |
Ginger ( A small piece ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Doubanjiang ( 1 tablespoon span> ) |
Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) | Sugar (appropriate amount) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry duck gizzards

1. Prepare all the ingredients and wash them (except the sour pepper)

2.Duck gizzard slices

3. Chop sour pepper, millet pepper, ginger and garlic into shreds, and cut the garlic sprouts into oblique stems (white) , separate the leaves (green) because they require different heating times to mature and need to be done in two times

4.Put a little oil in a hot pan, add a spoonful of bean paste, add sour chili pepper, millet pepper, and ginger in order and saute until fragrant

5.Add duck gizzards and stir-fry, add garlic and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sugar and chicken essence and stir-fry

6. Remove the stems of garlic sprouts (white), add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and fry until the garlic sprouts are broken

Add chili pepper according to personal taste, duck gizzards should be cut thinly, no need to add salt
