
Ingredients
Pig Knuckle ( 600g ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) | Oyster sauce ( 4 tablespoons ) |
Dried chili pepper ( 4 pcs ) | Green chili pepper ( 2 pieces ) |
Green onions (quarter root) | Garlic ( 4-5 cloves ) |
Rock sugar ( 4-5 capsules ) |
Super Simple version of braised glutinous pig's knuckles

1.Prepare the auxiliary ingredients

2.Cut the peppers

3.Wash the pig’s hands and put them in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes

4.After cooking, wash off the scum and set aside.Add oil to the bottom of the pot and fry the peppers, garlic and onions over medium heat

5.Saute and add pig knuckles

6.Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce

7.Add rock sugar and a small bowl of water

8.High heat to reduce the juice and stir-fry, add green chili pepper when the pot is about to start

9.Remove the pot
Tips
The pork knuckles are already soft and glutinous after being pressed in the electric pressure cooker.Simply adjust the flavor.If you don’t like spicy food, you can omit the chili and garnish with minced chives or coriander before serving.
