Shiitake mushrooms: rash
Ingredients
Green shrimp ( 500g ) | Minced meat ( 200g span> ) |
Shiitake mushrooms ( 4 pieces ) | Onions ( 2 roots ) |
Chopped pepper ( 1 spoon ) | |
Chicken essence ( Moderate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | |
Cornstarch ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make teriyaki shrimps

1.Preparation materials: green shrimps, minced meat, mushrooms, green onions, chopped peppers, chicken essence, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar.

2. Wash and chop the mushrooms and mince the peppers.

3.Put the mushrooms and chopped peppers into the minced meat in sequence.

4. Stir evenly, then add dark soy sauce and water and stir evenly.

5.Put oil in the pot until it is 80% heated, add the green shrimps and stir-fry.

6. Remove from pot and set aside.

7.Put oil in the pot and heat until 80%, add minced meat.

8.Burning causes discoloration of minced meat particles.

9.Add the green shrimps to be used, stir-fry, and add dark soy sauce (appropriate amount ), light soy sauce (appropriate amount), chicken essence, sugar, seasoning, and finally cornstarch to thicken.

10.Plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
