Ingredients
Pork bones ( 4 pounds ) | Green onions ( 10g ) |
Ginger ( 15g ) | Panthoxylum bungeanum ( 10g ) |

Geranium leaves ( 4 pieces ) | Cinnamon ( 1 piece ) |
Rock sugar ( 30 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 3 tablespoons ) |
Cooking wine ( 3 tablespoons ) | |

How to make soy sauce bones

1. Let the seller chop the big pork bones into small pieces for your help.

2. Add an appropriate amount of purified water and soak the pig bones for 2 to 3 hours to remove the blood.

3. Slice the ginger and cut the green onion into sections.

4. Prepare pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and dried chili peppers.

5.Put the soaked pork bones into a pot of cold water and add cooking wine to remove the smell.After the fire comes to a boil, skim off the scum on the surface.(Add a tablespoon of cooking wine)

6. Boil for 5 minutes, take out and put it into the stew pot.

7. Take another pot, heat an appropriate amount of oil, and sauté the shallots and ginger over low heat.

8.Add Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon bay leaves and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

9.Add light soy sauce.

10.Add cooking wine.

11.Add dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

12.Pour the fried spices into the blanched pork bones.

13.Add hot water that is level with the bones and add rock sugar.

14. After boiling over high heat, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for two hours.

15.After two hours, add salt and chicken powder and cook for another ten minutes.

16.The delicious sauced bones are ready.
