Ingredients
Pork belly ( 350g ) | Taro ( 300g span> ) |
Cooking wine ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Rock sugar ( 15 grams ) | |
Oil ( Appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
Clean water ( appropriate amount ) |

2.Put a little oil into the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until slightly brown

3.Add 1 spoon of dark soy sauce and 1 spoon of dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Tips
Don’t fry taro for too long, just use medium to low heat for about 3-4 minutes
