Ingredients
Lotus root( 1 section ) | Lean meat ( 150g ) |
Green pepper (Half) | Red pepper ( half ) |
Oil ( 20g ) | Salt ( 3g ) |
Ginger ( 5 grams ) | Cooking wine ( 10g ) |
Starch ( 3 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
How to make stir-fried lotus root

1.First Wash the lean meat and cut it into long slices

2.Put the meat slices into a bowl and add ginger

3.Add cooking wine

4.Add starch

5.Stir evenly and marinate Make for 15 minutes

6.Peel the lotus root and cut off both ends

7.Wash the lotus root and cut it into slices

8.Add water to the pot, boil and add lotus root slices
