Ingredients
Pig's feet ( 300g ) | White cloud beans ( 200g ) |
Ginger ( One Small pieces ) | raisins ( about 20 ) |
Green onions (a section) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 30ml ) | Light soy sauce ( 15ml ) |
Vinegar ( 10ml ) | Oyster sauce ( Two spoons ) |
How to braise pig's feet

1. Boil the pig's trotters with ginger cooking wine for 5 minutes and take them out.

2. Prepare the white beans, ginger, green onions and raisins.(Soak the white cloud beans in advance.)

3. Heat the oil in the pot and pour the pig's feet into it fry.

4.Add ginger and green onions.

5. Pour in the prepared seasoning.

6. Add water to cover the pig's feet.

7. After boiling, pour in the white cloud beans.

8. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cover.

9.After 30 minutes, the juice will be reduced over high heat.

10.Install the disk.
