How to cook silver pomfret in soy sauce

1.Prepare the ingredients.

2. Remove the gills and internal organs of the silver pomfret and clean them.

3. Make a few diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish.

4. Cut the ginger into thin strips.

5. Cut the garlic into minced garlic.

6.Cut green onions into chopped green onions.
