How to make braised mandarin fish

1.Preparation Mandarin fish, after killing it, wash it and marinate it with shredded ginger, cooking wine and salt for half an hour to get the flavor.

2.Put oil in the pot, add ginger slices when the oil is hot

3.Add mandarin fish , fry until golden brown on both sides

4.Put in appropriate amount of salt, vinegar, braised soy sauce

5. Prepare a bowl of water and pour it into the pot, cover it and cook the soup with your hands

6.Add green onion, stir-fry evenly and serve on a plate
