How to make salt and pepper pork ribs

1.Prepare and wash the ribs, put them into a bowl, add a little salt, wine, starch, a little baking soda, knead evenly and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour

2. Mince the ginger and garlic and set aside for later

3.Prepare an appropriate amount of red and green peppers, wash and shred them, and dice the green onions

4.Take the ribs out of the refrigerator, rinse them again, put water in the pot, add the ribs and bring to a boil, add some rice wine, turn to low heat and simmer for about 50 minutes, remove from the pot and drain the water

Tips
Marine the ribs first, then Don’t add too much soda as it will taste astringent.Salt and pepper powder is a bit salty, so make sure it’s salty or light.
