Ingredients
Clam ( 500g ) | Fans ( 2 handfuls ) |
Enoki mushrooms ( 1 handful ) | Garlic ( 1 piece ) |
Ginger ( small Block ) | Cilantro ( Two roots ) |
Light soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( one spoon ) |
| Oyster sauce ( One tablespoon ) | Salt ( A spoonful ) |
Sugar ( A spoonful ) |
What to do with clam fans

1. Keep clams in water for half an hour, add appropriate amount of cooking oil and salt, Prompt sand vomiting.

2. Wash the enoki mushrooms and remove the roots, soak the vermicelli until soft, mince the ginger and garlic, and cut the millet and pepper into small pieces ,spare.
