How to cook eggplant with minced meat and mushrooms

1.An eggplant for spare (the one I bought is black.Both purple and green skins are available)

2.Cut into strips and set aside

3.Add appropriate amount of cornstarch

4.Crap evenly to coat the eggplant evenly with cornstarch
5.Cut the mushrooms into strips and mince the lean meat for later use
