Ingredients
Pork Ribs ( Half Root ) | Pink Taro ( Half ) |

Cornstarch ( a little ) | Ginger ( 5 pieces ) |
Corn leaves ( 5 pieces ) | Lao Caichen cooking wine ( a little ) |
Recipe for super fragrant powder, taro and millet fragrant pork ribs

1. Soak the millet 2 hours in advance.

2. Wash half the ribs and cut them into small pieces, put the ribs in cold water Heat the water, put 5 slices of ginger and a little cooking wine in the water, then rinse the ribs with cold water.Add appropriate amount of ginger water, salt and light soy sauce and marinate for 5 minutes.

3.Place corn leaves in the steamer.

4. Cut the pink taro into small pieces.

6.Put the marinated pork ribs on top.

7. Scatter millet.Use the remaining juice from marinating the pork ribs, add a little salt and light soy sauce and pour it on top.

8. Steam over high heat for 30 minutes.Sprinkle chopped green onions and turn off the heat after 2 minutes.
Tips
1.Pour the pork ribs into water and add ginger and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and enhance the freshness.If you like cornstarch smooth and tender, you can add cornstarch.I tried it today without adding cornstarch.The pork ribs were marinated with ginger and cooking wine.They were also very fresh and tender and tasted even better, so I made some adjustments.
2.Soak the millet 2 hours in advance and steam it until it becomes more fragrant.Soak the ginger water 15 minutes in advance.If you like the smell of garlic, you can add cloves of garlic to the ginger water and soak it together.
3.Pink taro cannot be cut too small or thin.Generally, the first joint is about the same size as a finger.
