Clam ( Two pounds ) | Seafood sauce ( One bag ) |
Cilantro ( appropriate amount ) | Green onion (Half root) |
Garlic( Half head ) | |
Millet pepper( Five ) | Sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine (appropriate amount) |
How to make spicy fried clams

1.Brush the clam shell clean with a brush, put it in a basin, sprinkle a spoonful of salt, soak it with a few drops of sesame oil for an hour, and spit out the sand

3.Cut onion and ginger into strips, cut garlic into small pieces, and cut millet and pepper into sections

4.Prepare some coriander and cut into sections

5. Boil water , put the clams in when the water boils, pour a spoonful of cooking wine, wait until the water boils again, open all the clams’ mouths, and take them out

6.Pull out the clams and wash them with clean water
