Ingredients
| Chicken wing roots ( 7 ) | Ginger slices ( 4 pieces ) |
Octagonal ( 2 pieces ) | Dried chili pepper ( 2 roots ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Haitian dark soy sauce ( 20g ) |
Simple Home-style Braised Chicken Wings

1.First prepare the required materials, wing root: 7 pieces, ginger slices: 4 slices or appropriate amount, star anise: 2, dried pepper: 2 (you can omit it if you don’t like spicy food), salt :3g or appropriate amount, Haitian Dark Soy Sauce: 20g or appropriate amount.

2. Turn on the heat, add oil in the pot, add ginger slices, star anise and Dried pepper, stir-fry.

3. Then add the chicken wing roots and stir-fry a few times.

4.Add dark soy sauce, salt and stir-fry briefly.Then add water, just enough to cover about half of the base of the wings.Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 35 minutes.

5.Finally, open the lid and reduce the juice over high heat.When collecting the juice, stir-fry the wing roots slightly to allow them to color evenly.Be careful not to move too much to prevent the meat from falling apart.

6.Plate it, take a beautiful photo, and serve it with white rice , and you’re ready to eat!
