Ingredients
Pork belly ( ) | Garlic ( ) |
Ginger ( ) | Light soy sauce ( ) |

Cooking wine ( ) | Cilantro ( ) |

How to make pan-fried pork belly

1.Slice the pork belly into slightly thick slices.

2. Chop the garlic and ginger into mince.

3.Sauce: salt, light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine

4.Put no oil in the pan and fry the pork belly over low heat.

5. Fry until the surface is golden brown.

6.Add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry.

7. Pour in the sauce and simmer over low heat to reduce the juice.

8. When the sauce is thickened, turn off the heat and remove from the pan and serve on a plate.Sprinkle some white sesame seeds and garnish with some coriander.
Tips
Be sure to use low heat when frying meat, otherwise the surface will be burnt and the inside will not be cooked.
