Yuba ( 200g ) | Pork belly ( 400g ) |
Celery ( 50g ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |

Star anise ( 2 pieces ) | Geranium leaves ( 2 pieces ) |
How to cook pork with yuba

1.Soak the yuba for about 4 hours, soak and cut into small sections

2.Cut the pork belly into small pieces, cut the celery into thick shreds, and wash the star anise leaves and set aside

3.Heat the pan with cold oil, pour in the pork belly and stir-fry

4. Stir-fry until the pork belly turns slightly yellow, stir-fry the fat, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and dark soy sauce to color

6.Add star anise, bay leaf, and appropriate amount of water

7. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.Add celery and appropriate amount of salt to taste before serving.Turn over high heat to reduce the juice.

Tips
