How to make stir-fried lettuce slices with minced meat

1.Peel the lettuce, cut into cubes (diamond shape)

2.Cut and punch Water for later use

3.Cut ginger shreds and set aside

4.Put in oil, stir-fry the lettuce first, set aside and set aside

5.Saute the minced meat until fragrant, add shredded ginger, add some soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.(I forgot to take a picture of the minced meat)

6.Pour the newly fried lettuce slices into the pot , add salt and MSG to taste.Fry until cooked and turn off the heat.

Tips
Fry the lettuce first to remove excess water and make the lettuce taste better It's refreshing and crunchy.
