How to fatten beef in sour soup

1. Boil the water, put the washed enoki mushrooms into the hot water and stir-fry for about 1 or 2 minutes, take them out and spread them on the bottom of the final serving bowl.Then fry the fat beef briefly until it is half cooked, put it out in a separate small bowl and set aside.Pour away the soup.

2. Heat the pan with oil, add pepper, half of the millet, ginger, garlic and onion , put into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry.Add an appropriate amount of hot water, just enough to cover the enoki mushrooms and beef.boil.Add vinegar and light soy sauce.

Tips
1.When blanching the enoki mushrooms, add 2 drops of oil and a small amount of salt.
2.Don’t blanch fat beef for too long, as it will not taste good when it is old.
3.The seasoning residue does not need to be filtered.
