How to make braised duck with young ginger

1.Cut duck into cubes

2.Cut the ginger into thin slices

4. Add salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry until flavourful!

5. Saute the ginger until fragrant!

6. Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over medium-low heat until the juice is reduced, and remove from the pot , serve! Please ignore those eggs.I didn't eat the eggs that I boiled in the morning.I put the knife in them and cooked them until they tasted good.

3.Hot oil and stir-fry the duck until the water is dry

The ginger must be cut thinner to make it more delicious!
