Chicken legs: maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes

Chicken Legs ( 4 ) | Braised Soy Sauce ( 5 Grams ) |
Five-spice powder ( 5 grams ) | White sugar ( 10 grams ) |

How to braise chicken legs

1. Clean the chicken legs and use the tip of a knife to poke some small holes in the chicken legs for easy marinating.

2.Add braised soy sauce, chili powder, allspice and sugar.

3. Stir evenly so that each chicken leg is coated with the sauce.(Personally, I feel that it is more evenly grasped by hand)

4. Wrap in plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator Make overnight.

5. Heat the pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of cooking oil.

6.Put in the marinated chicken legs.

7.Don’t turn over in a hurry when frying, fry each side for about a minute.

8. After the chicken legs are fried, add a small bowl of boiling water.

9. Cover the lid and bring to a boil over high heat until the pressure cooker is steaming, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for another 10 minutes.

10. Wait until the pressure cooker is deflated, then turn on high heat to reduce the juice until the soup is thick..

Tips
If there is no braised soy sauce, you can use 5 grams of light soy sauce and 2 grams of dark soy sauce instead.You can add seasonings according to your own taste, the amounts I give are for reference only.
