How to make stir-fried squid with mango and shrimp

1.Peel and devein fresh shrimps.

2. Clean the squid and cut it into small pieces with a cross knife.

3.Wash the red peppers, remove the seeds and cut into diamond-shaped pieces.

4. Wash and remove the silk from the snow peas.

5.Cut the mango into small pieces.

6. Chop the onion and ginger into mince.

7. Boil water, add a little oil, a little salt and blanch the snow peas for 1 minute and remove.

8. Use cool water to control dryness.

9. Boil the water again and pour in the shrimp, squid and cooking wine.You can see the squid is rolled.Fish out (time should be controlled within one minute, aging will affect the taste)

Tips
Buy ripe mangoes, not soft ones.
