How to make spicy chicken
1. Wash the chicken, drain the water, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and white pepper, and marinate for fifteen minutes.
2. Chop the dried chili peppers, celery, ginger and garlic and set aside.

3. Pour appropriate amount of oil, cook until 80% hot, add chicken, fry until golden brown, drain out.

4. Tips
1.Don’t add too much salt at the beginning.Because soy sauce and oyster sauce still have a salty taste.
