How to stir-fry Jungan

1.Cut the green onions into segments

3.Cut Jun liver into slices

4.Add appropriate amount of bean paste, starch, and soy sauce to the Jun Gan and marinate for 5 minutes until the flavor is absorbed

5.Cut some minced ginger and garlic
