How to make spicy and sour chicken feet

1.Wash 1 pound of chicken feet and cut off the toenails

2.Cut the chicken feet in half

3. Boil ginger, cooking wine and water

4.Pour in the chicken feet and cook for about 9 minutes, remove the foam

5.Cool it once water, pour away the cold water, and then soak in ice water for 1-2 hours

6.Wash Coriander, garlic, millet pepper, green lemon, perfumed lemon for later use

7.Cut the marinade Set aside, put some oil-consuming, dark soy sauce

8.Pour in your own soy sauce and white vinegar , white sugar (adjust to your favorite taste)

Tips
If you want a more even taste, you can soak it overnight and eat it the next day.Take it out of the refrigerator and mix the chicken feet evenly.
If you don’t have perfumed lemons, just use ordinary lemons.
