How to fry green Lingzi fish

2. Remove the scales, gills, internal organs and rinse the green Lingzi fish.

3. Cut onions, ginger and garlic into large pieces and set aside.

4. Score the fish body with a few cuts and put it into a basin, add onions, ginger and garlic.

5. Cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and starch are mixed evenly.
